Adopt a Springer Spaniel / Mixed (medium coat)

Springer Spaniel / Mixed (medium coat) Dog

Coconut the Dog needs a home

Bio and pics for Coco-Nut Potty trained 8 month young female Springer Spaniel mix puppy..25lbs. YEP, thats ME....Looking to take YOU home.. I just know you're the one. My sibling and I, were found when we were very young, abandoned in a wash in Bakersfield, skinny, dirty, hungry, with fleas and ticks on us. A nice young lady scooped us up and took us home, where she fed us for a few months until she couldn't afford to feed us any longer. Sadly, right after we were rescued, my sibling crossed over the rainbow and is looking over me now. One of our many volunteers saw a post about me on Facebook, where she posted my Bio. A lady, now my foster Mom, saw my pic, and offered to foster me. Transportation was arranged, were we met by Magic Mountain and my foster parents picked me up on their way home from camping. When we arrived to my foster home, I got a nice warm sudsy bath, towel, then blow dried, and I feel like a MILLION bucks, and I dont mind baths.. Two days later I met a very nice vet, he found several foxtails in my ear which can only be removed while I'm anesthetized, I also have this funny looking thingy on my nose, he doesn't know what it is, and wants to do a biopsy on it. So while I'm sleeping he will remove the the foxtails, and then find out what that thingy on my nose is, or isnt. I'm not worried, cause my sibling is looking over me.. So you can see, I'm getting all fixed up by ICARE, cause you know, they CARE.. I adjusted really quickly to my foster home, I am 100% potty trained, sleep in my kennel at night with NO issues, I share my foster home with 6 other dogs both big and small. I am good with cats, sometimes my foster kitties will run in our house, and then I think they want to play, so I play chase with them, then they stop and give me the stick eye, and then I dont know what they want me to do. I'm good with kids big, and small, I love going for car rides, I'm getting better on my leash, I am really easy to train, I would make a really good agility dog, running partner, I love playing fetch, I would be happy with, or without another furry dog in the house, I like walks, going on hikes, and this weekend I am really excited cause my foster parents are taking me camping to the beach.. I dont think Ive even been to the beach.. I cant wait....   If you are interested in adopting, please go to our website and complete the adoption application: http://www.icaredogrescue.org/ready-to-adopt/ Adoption fee includes : Spay/neuter * shots up to date *  micro-chip * fecal and vet check
